Now that certain people are showing their true colors, it looks like I’ll have to distance myself from quite a few people as a whole.
For the record: Krio and I were the ones originally building Marvelblr. I remember being sniped at when I joined her in working on Marvelblr in the first place, actually, because some anons thought I was stealing the idea from her. Never did. We’ve been working on this brainchild since July officially, if you’ll check the post dates on the group, and to claim that we haven’t is just lies. And the reason we never had “Marvelblr” as our URL? Because we’d been trying to do something reminiscent of the original Tronblr group tumblr, if anyone would bother to remember what that was like.
And as Krio stated on her personal, sure it’s “just roleplay” and “just for fun”, but the fact of the matter is that we have worked our asses off on this creative brainchild. Krio, myself, Becca, Alice, Jem, Bobbi, Dami, Danny, Wally and so many others have spent months pulling this all together to make some cohesive whole. To make something united that makes sense and that we all find enjoyable. To have this name ripped from us by people who have no apparent regard for what anyone else does? It’s rude, and it hurts. And here I thought you guys were friends.
What hurts most of all is that apparently I’ll no longer be able to participate in Tronblr. I made Anon in April of 2011, and suddenly I’ll not have those connections any more that I forged for the past year. It hurts, it does, that I come back from this hiatus and a handful of my friends are pointing me towards a group that has stolen our name and is attempting to tell people that they’re the real Marvelblr. (And yes, I know who sent the anonymous messages. No, I won’t give any names because he’s a friend and it’s unimportant, but I’ve asked him to stop, regardless.)
So, it looks like we’re going to be the ones changing our name to be good sports. (Though, someone else might steal it from us as well, at this point. And here I was going to come back from hiatus and try to revive our group. Now all I want to do is scream and cry and drink until my finals are over.) And I’ll be unfollowing damn near everyone from Tronblr it looks like as well, since apparently we’re no longer welcome here, either. I just - wow. I have no words for how betrayed I feel right now by people I thought were my friends.
Goodbye, guys. I’ll miss you.

goodteethgreathair asked: Hey. Heard you had to head back early-- is everything okay?
Oh, I did not see this message until just now, my apologies.
London might have been too much for me, too soon. That is where I was stationed when Tron 1.0 passed away, and I had not returned since his death occurred. I believe Gibson and I are going to return together soon, because this is something that I need to overcome, as it is more than likely that I will be stationed with MI-13 in London in the future.
I am alright now, however. Thank you for being concerned, my friend.

Three weeks ago, Anon had begun to realize something very important.
Anon wasn’t the crying type. Not much at all. In fact, he could count on one hand the number of times he had shed tears. But the night when Jaqueline Falsworth had whisked him home from London was one such night. Spitfire had left him sitting slumped on the couch of his own living room before dashing off again, and truth be told, Anon had expected Gibson to take hours to return from the Grid.
Hours, because, after all, Gibson was with Jalen.
